📦 How to Return an Online Order
To start a return:
- Visit our online returns portal
- Enter your order number and email address
- Choose one of the following options:
- Exchange (different size or colour) — FREE
- Return for store credit (we add an extra 15% of the amount spent)
- Return for a refund
Once confirmed:
- A prepaid returns label will be generated and emailed to you
- Securely re-package your item(s)
- Drop the parcel off at your local Post Office
- Please keep your proof of postage
🔄 Exchanges
- Exchanges are completely free
- No return fee
- No additional delivery charge for sending your replacement item
- Available for size or colour changes only
- Subject to stock availability
This is our recommended option if you’d like a different fit or colour.
⏰ Returns Timeframe
- Returns must be sent back within 28 days of receiving your order
💷 Refund Deductions
If you choose a refund, the following will be deducted from your total refund amount:
- Original outbound shipping cost:
- $9.99 (Standard Delivery)
No deductions apply if:
- The item is faulty
- The item received is incorrect
In these cases, original delivery charges will also be refunded in full.
💳 Refund Processing Times
- Refunds: up to 10 working days
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
❗ Important Return Conditions
Items must be:
- Unworn
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on pierced earrings
- If return documentation is missing, a Yumi store credit may be issued instead of a refund
