📦 How to Return an Online Order

🇬🇧 UK Mainland

  1. Go to our returns portal.
  2. Enter your order number and email.

  3. Select Exchange for another size or color, Return for store credit or Return for a refund

  4. Once you confirm you'll generate a prepaid shipping label that you can download and it will be emailed to you automatically.

  5. Securely package your items and drop them off at the Post Office.
  6. Keep your proof of postage.
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
  • A fee of £2.50 (€2.95) per return will be deducted from your refund to cover handling & repackaging.
  • No fee is charged if the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Online purchases cannot be returned in-store.

🌍 International (Outside UK Mainland)

  • We do not offer free returns outside the UK mainland.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is incorrect or faulty.

🛍️ In-Store Returns

  • Items bought in-store must be returned in-store only, within 28 days of purchase.
  • Online orders cannot be returned in-store.
  • Christmas: Items bought in store between November 1 and December 25, inclusive, can be returned until January 8th

Refunds:
UK – Up to 10 working days
International – Up to 15 working days

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, with tags attached.
  • We cannot accept returns for pierced earrings.
  • If you don’t have return documents, you may receive a Yumi coupon instead of a refund.

We aim to dispatch orders quickly. Please allow extra time during peak periods or bank holidays.

🇬🇧 UK (Royal Mail)

  • Free Delivery on orders over £90
  • Standard (3–5 working days) – £3.95
  • Premium Next Working Day – £5.95 (Mon–Thu before 3pm)

Premium delivery excludes weekends, bank holidays, NI & Scotland. Orders after 3pm go as standard delivery.

🇮🇪  Ireland

  • Free Delivery on orders over €90
  • Standard (3–7 working days) – €8
  • Express (2-5 working days) – €12

🇺🇸 USA (Royal Mail)

  • Free Delivery on orders over $150
  • Standard (3–7 working days) – $10
  • Duties & taxes included

🇦🇺 Australia (OCS)
