How do I know you’ve received my order?

You’ll receive an e-mail with your order number and details of your items confirming that your order is processing in our system. When your lovely new items have been dispatched, we’ll send you an order dispatch email.

What happens if an item on my order is not available?

If an item you’ve ordered is unavailable when we come to pick and dispatch it, you’ll be informed by email that it’s out of stock and you’ll not be charged for that item. (We wouldn’t do such a thing.) We’ll ship any remaining items that you’ve ordered though.

Can I cancel or amend my order after it has been placed?

Sadly, once your order has been confirmed we’re unable to cancel or amend any items in the order. However, should you need to change the delivery address please contact our customer service team once you have received your email confirmation. Our customer service team are happy to help via email at customercare@yumi.co.uk or by phone on 020 8963 4095.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Sadly, we can't accept orders taken over the phone. To protect you and prevent fraud, your payment must pass through online security checks such as 3d secure.


Where do we deliver?

Yumi delivers to addresses in the UK, Republic of Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Canada and the US.

What are our Delivery costs?

  • UK* standard deliveries are charged at £2.95 and can take 3-5 working days for delivery.
  • UK* premium deliveries are charged at £4.95 and will be delivered next day when ordered by 3pm.

*Please note premiuim delivery is only available on orders placed before 3pm Mon - Fri. Premium deliveries will be delivered the next working day and excludes Ireland and Scotland.

*Ireland and Scotland will be charged as UK but can take between 2 and 7 days to be delivered.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you’ll receive a confirmation email. In the email there’ll be a link that will take to a ‘track your order’ page.

I didn’t receive my order, what do I do?

  • All UK orders are sent tracked via Hermes or UK Mail and should be delivered within 3-5 working days. If your items don’t arrive by this time, please contact our friendly customer service team by email to customercare@yumi.co.uk or by telephone on 020 8963 4095.

*All orders shipped outside of the EU may be subject to custom duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy
UK Orders
  • The refund may appear as a "partial refund" due to the deduction of the £2.50 to cover the cost of the returns
  • To return an item to us please package up your items, complete the prepaid returns slip at the bottom of your despatch note and stick the Royal Mail returns slip to the outside of the parcel. Drop the item off at your local post office and don’t forget to get proof of postage.
  • When we receive the parcel, providing all is in good order, we will refund the cost of the goods.
  • We will accept all returns within 100 working days after the delivery date.
  • Refunds are only granted on items returned in their original condition, unworn and with labels attached. On styles with belts, the belt must be included in the return for the refund to be accepted so please remember to pop it in your returns package!
  • For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds for pierced earrings
  • Unless the item is incorrect or faulty, the cost of returning an item from outside the UK must be paid for by the customer.
  • Refunds will always be refunded back to your original payment method.
  • We will pay the return shipping costs if you receive an incorrect or faulty item.
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for UK refunds to be processed and up to 15 working days on International refunds.
  • We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges for items bought in store or from our concessions.
  • If you do not have the returns documents you can exchange your unwanted item for a Yumi e-voucher to be used on www.yumi.co.uk
  • In the event of an order not being fulfilled by us we will refund the cost of delivery aswell as the cost of the goods.
  • In the event that you are exchanging for a Yumi e-voucher without the returns documents, the value of the e-voucher will be given to the equivalent of the current items price on www.yumi.co.uk
